Tom Stoffregen (Minneapolis, MN)

Photography, 20” W x 16” H

Artwork:

A public testimonial about class-based policing.

Artist Statement:

Without including people, these photographs from Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine illustrate the lives of people compelled to live in decaying, unsafe neighborhoods. The compulsion arises from issues of race, class, and public policy.
