Black History Month
A Black History art exhibition will be on display at the Edward A. Dixon Gallery during Black History Month in February 2023.The artwork has a focus on the distinguished military service of Black Americans, cultural figures and other Black history from the 20th century to present. Featured artists include Clifford Darrett, Gregory DeGroat, Clarise Moore, Gregory Changa Freeman and Nathan ConnerThe Black History Month art exhibition is slated to open to the public on Thursday, February 2nd and run until February 25th. There will be a public reception and artist talk with light refreshments on Friday, February 17th from 6pm-8pm.

Patrick Gono (Liberia)
Talented artist from Monrovia, Liberia who can create anything from photo-realistic drawings to amazing watercolors, acrylics and oils. Patrick is also a muralist who has created murals in the United States, as well as, in his home of Liberia. See some of Patrick's work here.
